Account Information
Email address, password (encrypted), user preferences
Voice Recordings (Audio Data)
Only with your explicit consent: We record your voice during speaking practice sessions to provide AI-powered pronunciation and grammar feedback. This data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and is NOT used to train our AI for other users.
Practice Data
Writing submissions, exam scores, progress tracking, credit transactions
4. Purpose of Data Processing
- To provide personalized Dutch language learning feedback
- To improve your speaking and writing skills for the A2 Inburgering exam
- To track your progress and readiness score
- To process credit purchases and manage your account
- To send important service updates (not marketing emails)
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We use the following trusted third-party services to provide our platform:
Google Cloud (Gemini AI API)
Your audio recordings and written text are sent to Google's Gemini AI for analysis and feedback. Google has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place to ensure GDPR compliance.
Supabase (Database & Storage)
Used for secure data storage in EU servers. GDPR-compliant with DPA in place.
Important: We do NOT sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
6. Data Retention
Audio Recordings
All voice recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also delete all your recordings at any time in your profile settings.
Other data (account info, practice submissions, scores) is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full account deletion at any time.
7. Your GDPR Rights

Delete all your recordings anytime in Settings → Privacy & Data

You can revoke recording consent at any time in your settings
